Important Information and Terms of purchase:
All shipments require a street address. We will not deliver to a P.O. Box. Name of recipient, name of business, department in business and contact phone number with extension must be supplied on order form.

All Sales Final:
Exceptions: Delay in delivery in excess of 24 hours from scheduled date of delivery other than unfavorable weather conditions and/or confirmed mechanical problems from Carrier; wrong products sent from our office will be replaced immediately at our cost; spoilage from original shipment at time of receiving must be reported to our office within 24 hours of receiving; Act of Negligence by Shipper; and photo proven damages incurred by carrier must be reported to shipper within 24 hours.

For shipping and sales within the State of Illinois, appropriate sales tax to be added unless Reseller’s Certificate number is provided by purchaser at time of ordering.

Delivery Lead Time:
Seven (7) days from time of order confirmation.

To maintain the highest quality and freshness standard, most products will be manufactured once order is confirmed.

Prime Delivery Schedule: two to three business days from time of purchase confirmation. No delivery for holidays and Sundays. Saturday delivery is only available upon request, and with additional service charge from Carrier.

Dreamers ships all orders within the continental U.S. in special insulated containers with dry ice using reliable carriers such as UPS and FedEx.

We guarantee all shipments will arrive in good condition and on a timely basis.

The cost of shipping is based on DIM WEIGHT suggested by the Carrier. 6-box quantities will provide the best shipping price and be most cost effective. Generally, there are 50 pieces of products in each box, and the shipping container will fit 6 boxes.
